Внеочередное 3-е заседание Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов.
24 ноября 2020 года, глава города Чебоксары ‒ председатель ЧГСД Олег Кортунов провел внеочередное 3-е заседание Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов.
✅Депутаты рассмотрели проект решения Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов «О внесении изменений в Устав муниципального образования города Чебоксары – столицы Чувашской Республики». Проектом решения предлагается дополнить Устав новой статьей 15.1 «Инициативные проекты», регламентирующим порядок внесения в администрацию города Чебоксары инициативных проектов, порядок их рассмотрения, осуществления за реализацией инициативных проектов общественного контроля, а также способа доведения информации о рассмотрении инициативных проектов до сведения граждан г. Чебоксары. Кроме того предлагается дополнить часть 6 статьи 34 Устава предложением о том, что депутату Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов для осуществления своих полномочий на непостоянной основе гарантируется сохранение места работы (должности) на период, составляющий в совокупности шесть рабочих дней в месяц.
✅На заседании рассмотрен и проект решения Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов «О внесении изменений в бюджет муниципального образования города Чебоксары – столицы Чувашской Республики на 2020 год и на плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов, утвержденный решением Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов от 17 декабря 2019 года № 1968». Проектом решения предусматривается уменьшение расходов в связи с полученной экономией от проведённых конкурсных процедур в соответствии с предложениями главных распорядителей средств бюджета города Чебоксары, уменьшением расходов по заблокированным ранее лимитам бюджетных обязательств и расходам на софинансирование средствам вышестоящих бюджетов, а также перераспределением бюджетных ассигнований между отдельными направлениями использования средств.
✅Народными избранниками были рассмотрены и другие проекты решений Чебоксарского городского Собрания депутатов.
✅Все проекты решений, внесённые на рассмотрение 3-го внеочередного заседания были предварительно рассмотрены на совместном заседании всех постоянных комиссий.
